About the Franchisee
CSC Investments, LLC was formed in 1997 to franchise Panera Bread locations in east Tennessee. The first location was opened in August of 1998 in downtown Chattanooga on Market Street. That location, along with 13 others, comprise our present group of bakery-cafes. They are located in 3 states now, with our most southern location being in Ft. Olgethorpe, GA and extend north to Johnson City, Tennessee and east to Asheville, NC. We have several locations in both the Knoxville and Chattanooga areas. We anticipate opening several more locations in the very near future.
